Chapter 1: Childhood Observations (1995)

During my childhood in a small colony in Aurangabad, I closely observed a neighboring family. Their children included three deaf-mute daughters, one differently-abled, deaf-mute son, and one able-bodied son. Despite their physical challenges, these children were talented and eager to learn.

The differently-abled boy often faced bullying and exclusion from neighborhood kids. Yet, he always volunteered to help others. One day, he suddenly went missing. Despite police intervention, he was never found. This incident left a lasting impression on me about the vulnerabilities of differently-abled children in society.


Chapter 2: First Job Training Experience (2006)

While pursuing a computer diploma, I joined a Walmart training camp in a government ITI college. Many differently-abled students, both male and female, participated. After three months, Walmart employed nearly 100 students in Aurangabad and other cities.
