1. Project Overview
The S/4HANA Migration Program is an enterprise-wide
transformation initiative designed to replace legacy ECC and fragmented SAP
landscapes with a unified, real-time digital core. The programme will
strengthen operational resilience, reduce technical debt, and enable
intelligent automation across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and
Compliance.
The project is strategically aligned with business
continuity, cyber-secure architecture, regulatory readiness, and long-term cost
optimisation. It follows a controlled execution methodology consistent with
PMI-PMBOK 7 and SAP Activate.
